Tuloskiinteistöt as Advisor in the Sale of a Hotel Property

Tuloskiinteistöt acted as commercial advisor to Rausanne in the sale of Original Sokos Hotel Kupittaa to Balder.

Completed in 2020, the hotel comprises 196 rooms and approximately 8,000 square metres. It is located in Kupittaa, Turku, an area known for its excellent transport connections as well as its strong business, research and campus environment. The planned “Kupittaan Kärki” development is one of the largest upcoming urban development projects in Turku.
