In the same transaction, the property was sold to Logian.<\/p>\n<p>Construction of the property located in the Leilimaa area of Raisio, along the Turku bypass road, will start immediately and will be completed in the summer of 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The logistics and production facility will be built according to Logian\u2019s concept of sustainable development, and the site will seek at least BREEAM Excellent environmental certification. In addition, the site will be energy class A when completed and will meet the requirements of the EU taxonomy.<\/p>\n<p>The arrangement, which was completed in a short timeframe, reflected the parties\u2019 strong experience and expertise in developing logistics real estate. In the context of the project, it was gratifying to see that investor interest in modern logistics real estate remains very strong.
