Our operations are based on long experience and perseverance as well as possessing strong expertise and insight in specific areas of investment and asset management. Those areas include transactions, development, management, leasing, financing and raising of capital as well as indirect investment structures.

An experienced team and a shared work history is our strength. All key personnel have at least twenty years experience in demanding positions in the real estate industry. Most key personnel have shared a common work history in the same companies for more than ten years.

The company is owned by its parent company Tuloskiinteistöt and the company’s key personnel. All owners actively participate in the company’s business and bring their expertise for the benefit of the company and its investor partners.
