We engage in active sourcing of new investment opportunities for our investor partners. We are responsible for acquisitions, formation and execution of business plans, including development and management of the assets as well as arranging external financing for acquisitions.

Asset Management
We develop and proactively manage assets and portfolios on behalf of investors. We act as the local operating partner for investors with an emphasis on the Helsinki Metropolitan and Turku areas.

Development
We conduct large and comprehensive real estate development projects. We possess extensive hands-on expertise in value creation of complex assets by improving commercial attractiveness and conducting modernisation works.

Joint ventures
We create and manage joint ventures with our investor partners. We have a comprehensive experience of more than twenty years with various indirect investment structures and a broad network of legal, tax and financial advisors supporting creation of new investment vehicles.
